Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to check whether a recall affects them, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control.
What we do
- pages work without JavaScript, apart from the optional code filter on a notice;
- text can be resized to 200% without loss of content, and pages reflow on narrow screens without sideways scrolling;
- colour is never the only way information is shown: every hazard and risk label is written out;
- headings, landmarks and labelled form fields are used throughout, and there is a skip link to the main content;
- photos have text alternatives taken from the notice.
Known limits
- Some original notices we link to are PDFs published by the agencies, which may not be fully accessible.
- Agency text is quoted as issued and may contain abbreviations or capital letters we do not change.
Feedback
If something does not work for you, email lamplog@batchbeacon.pages.dev with the page address and what happened. We aim to reply within five working days.
