The hook on the cross frame and milk bottle broke during the impact test creating small parts. These small parts fit into a small parts cylinder, which present a choking hazard for young children as they may place the small parts into their mouths and choke.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulation 2011.
