Summary

Product Safety Report for Make Life Better, Slice 3 in 1 Sandwich Maker presenting a serious risk of electric shock.

The risk

The product presents a serious risk of electric shock as the plug does not comply with BS1363. The plug was supplied with a separate 3 pin travel adapter which did not meet the minimum dimensional requirements. The

pins on the sample were too close to the periphery and did not contain all the necessary markings/labelling. A user may consequently access live parts when plugging in, or unplugging, the product from an electrical socket and may receive an electric shock.
