CAZ Upholstered Sofas and Chairs recalled over a fire risk
Product recall for CAZ upholstered sofas and chairs presenting a high risk of fire.
What to do now
CAZ Upholstered Sofas and Chairs has been flagged because it could start a fire in the home.
- Unplug it and do not charge it again.
- Store it away from anything that burns until you can return or dispose of it. Batteries should go to a battery recycling point, not the household bin.
- Contact the business or the shop you bought it from to arrange the remedy set out in the notice.
- If someone has been hurt or the product has failed, report it to Trading Standards through the Citizens Advice consumer service.
